Routine boiler service carried out as per the manufacturer’s instructions.
Cleaned the ignition electrodes and flushed out the burner with clean water and removed and thoroughly cleaned out the condensate trap.
Air dusted all the components from dirt including the fan assembly.
Visual checks were carried out on the flue inside and outside.
A visual inspection and check of the boiler was carried out, followed by a gas safety check and a flue gas analysis.
