Carried out a full strip and service on the boiler including cleaning out the primary heat exchanger, cleaning out the condensate trap and cleaning up the ignition electrodes. The boiler had very little signs of wear and tear and was functioning correctly.
A visual inspection and check of the boiler was carried out, followed by a gas safety check and a flue gas analysis.
