- Visual inspection of boiler and associated pipework
- Check of boiler operation. Re pressurised expansion vessel
- Removal of boiler casing to inspect components
- Cleaning of boiler components, flushed out burner with clean water, cleaned out the debris from the condensate trap. New Burner gasket and new ignition electrodes fitted
- Check of gas pressure and flow
- Check of flue and combustion. Visual inspection of the flue externally and internally
- Flue gas analysis and gas safety check
