Boiler was leaking from the primary heat exchanger which seemed uneconomical to repair. The customer wanted a new boiler replacement as the existing boiler was quite old. Over the last few years they had spent a fair amount of money on repairs. They asked for a new boiler with a good warranty.

We removed the old Ideal boiler and flue and installed a new Baxi 800 series boiler complete with Adey Magnetic Micro Filter.
New 22mm gas supply.
Re configured the pipework for aesthetic reasons.
Installed a new Honeywell T3r wireless programmable room thermostat with stand. Wired in the new controls and power to the boiler.
Carried out a full system power flush. Fired up the boiler to check for correct operation.
Explained to the customer how everything worked on the boiler and gave the customer a tutorial on how the thermostat operated. we also explained to them how to top up the system in the event of the system losing water pressure.
Commissioned the new system and registered the warranty with Baxi. Carried out a gas safe notification.
The boiler was installed to comply with Gas Safety Regulations.
