Removed the fan and burner case to find that the burner was heavily contaminated with debris. Cleaned with a liquid chemical and brushed clean. Flushed with clean water.
Cleaned out the condensate trap which was heavily contaminated. Cleaned the ignition electrodes and air dusted the fan and all visual components.
A visual inspection and check of the boiler was carried out, followed by a gas safety check and a flue gas analysis.
