Checked and tested the heating controls for correct operation. Then identified the cause of no hot water on demand as being a faulty diverter assembly. Fitted a new genuine Baxi diverter assembly unit and checked for correct operation.
A visual inspection and check of the boiler was carried out, followed by a gas safety check and a flue gas analysis.
