The customer’s existing Worcester CDI boiler had developed a leak from the primary heat exchanger which was uneconomical to repair given the age of the boiler. The customer asked us to fit a new boiler with a 10years guarantee.

Job Report
The old Worcester was sited in the garage, removed and replaced with a new Baxi Series 2 36kw boiler.
We installed a new vertical flue through the roof and secured as per the manufacturer’s instructions. Supplied and fitted an Adey Magnetic Micro Filter to protect the boiler going forward.
Supplied and fitted a Honeywell T3R programmable room thermostat with stand. Carried out a full central heating system power flush, and dosed the system with an anti corrosion inhibitor.
Commissioned the new system and registered the new boiler warranty with Baxi. Carried out a gas safe notification.
The new boiler installed to comply with Gas Safety Regulations.
