New owners of this property wanted to replace their Worcester Combi boiler with a system boiler that could provide improved flow rates to each bathroom. They had an issue with their water mains pressure on the property.

Job Report
We removed the old Worcester Combi boiler and fitted a Vaillant Eco Tec Plus 637 System boiler with 10years warranty and 300l indirect unvented cylinder (lifetime warranty).
Installed a new gas pipe to the boiler and improved the cold water flow rates to the house by increasing the size of the pipework to 22mm from the stop tap.
New flow and return 22mm pipework was installed to each floor to improve flow rates.
Fitted an Adey Magnetic Micro Filter.
Fitted 4 x Honeywell zone valves, hot return pump and a new Salus wiring centre.
Zoned all the floors to the property and fitted a hot return to each bathroom.
Supplied and fit 3 x Nest Gen 3 Thermostats to control the heating on each floor.
Wired in the new controls and power to the boiler.
Cleaned the whole system and pipework with our Kamco power flushing machine.
We spoke to the customer an explained how the boiler and thermostats worked and set these up on their smartphones and also explained to the customer on how to top up the system in the event of the system ever losing water pressure.
Commissioned the newly installed boiler system and registered the new boiler warranty with Vaillant and carried out a gas safe notification.
