We were asked to replace the Worcester boiler as it showed signs of wear and tear and frequently broke down. The copper cylinder in the loft was leaking slightly, causing concerns.

Removed the Worcester heat only boiler and flue, zone valves and wiring centre and installed a new Baxi 830 30Kw Combi boiler with 10years manufacturer’s warranty.
New Adey Micro Magnetic filter included in the installation.
Fitted a new 22mm copper pipe gas supply to the new boiler from the gas meter at the side of the property.
Carried out a full system power flush which cleaned all the existing pipework and radiators and dosed the system with an anti corrosion inhibitor.
Removed the old Wilo circulating pump in the airing cupboard, copper cylinder and header tanks in the loft space.
Fitted 1 additional radiator in the kitchen with new thermostatic and lockshield valves.
We also fitted new thermostatic valves and lockshield valves on all radiators in the property.
Supplied and fitted a new Honeywell programmable T3R room thermostat and stand to control the heating system.
Commissioned the newly installed boiler system and registered the 10 year warranty with Baxi, together with carrying out a gas safe notification.
