The new customer was referred to us by a family member. They asked us to install a new combi boiler system in their home as their old boiler space saver heater was inefficient and unreliable.

Removed the old floor Gloworm Space Saver heat only boiler and flue. Installed a new Baxi 830 Combi boiler with 10years manufacturer’s warranty. New Adey Micro Magnetic filter to protect the system going forward. Installed a new 22mm copper pipe gas supply to the new boiler from the gas meter at the side of the property. Carried out a full system power flush which cleaned all the existing debris and sludge in the pipework and radiators.
Removed the old circulating pump, cylinder and header tanks in the loft space and bricked up the old flue hole internally and externally.
We fitted 2 additional radiators in the property with new thermostatic and lockshield valves and supplied and fitted a new Honeywell programmable t3R room thermostat.
Commissioned the system and registered the warranty with Baxi and carried out a gas safe notification.
The boiler was installed to comply with Gas Safety Regulations.
