We carried out diagnostic work on the system, zone valves, circulating pump and actuators to identify the cause of the underfloor heating system failure.
We had to fully rewire in the controls, zone valves and smart thermostats. We supplied and fitted a new circulating pump as the one on the system was defective.
We also recommended that they have their system cleaned with a power flush machine as the system water was black and contaminated. We checked our work for correct operation and all was working correctly.
