Job Report
Checked the controls for the underfloor heating, the pump, zone valve and the underfloor mixing valve. The mixing valve was found to be defective so we replaced and repaired the underfloor system with a new valve. The gears on the zone valve sounded quite noisy so we replace this as a precaution. Fitted new ball isolation valves to the flow and return pipes.
