The customer had an old floor-standing boiler that stopped working and required a new boiler installation complete with new smart controls.

Job Report
Removed the old floor standing boiler and flue. Fitted a new Vaillant boiler and horizontal flue. New Adey Magnetic Pro 2 filter. Fitted a new 22mm gas supply to the new boiler. Fitted the new flue and secured. Carried out a full system power flush to clean all the flux and debris in the system and radiators.
Installed a Nest Gen3 heating thermostat and carried out the set up on the customer’s smartphone.
Commissioned the system and registered the warranty with Vaillant. Carried out a gas safe notification.
The new Vaillant boiler came with a 7 year’s manufacturer’s warranty which was upgraded to 10 years upon installation.
The boiler was installed to comply with Gas Safety Regulations.
